As part of the implementation of the sectoral action plan focused on improving service quality—particularly by streamlining the procedures for obtaining various social security benefits and modernizing the handling of insured persons’ concerns—we are very pleased to welcome you to the large family of readers of the website of the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers: www.cnas.dz.

This website serves both as a promotional tool for our brand image and as a communication platform that contributes significantly to the synergy of actions we aim to build. It is an information space that provides insights into all aspects of CNAS activities, offering users reliable and regularly updated information.

Indeed, we take pride in the rich and varied content it offers, ranging from the presentation of CNAS benefits and its various structures, to medical oversight and the different agreements signed with partners. It also includes sections related to CNAS events and activities, as well as new initiatives launched for the benefit of citizens.

Naturally, and in an effort to meaningfully integrate this digital platform and place our website users at the heart of our communication strategy, two additional sections have been introduced. The first concerns a survey on the quality of service provided within our structures, and the second is the “Your Concerns” page, which allows citizens to submit their grievances online without having to travel to our offices. Users also have the possibility to download informational materials and various forms required to access CNAS services.
