Tasks of the Cell

The main tasks of the Cell can be summarised as follows:

  • welcoming, guiding and supporting users of the social security sector, to facilitate the quick and final resolution of their requests and complaints,
  • eliminating unnecessary visits by users by simplifying procedures, thereby reducing the time required to processing and handling their requests,
  • contributing to actions aimed at improving the quality of services and benefits at all levels,
  • contributing to actions aimed at humanising relations between the public social security service and its users.
  • developing and implementing the communication plan, particularly concerning organising various events intended to inform and raise awareness among CNAS users about their rights and obligations towards the CNAS.

Organisation of listening and communication cells

The network of listening and communication cells is made up of structures at the level of each wilaya agency, supervised and coordinated by the central cell at the level of the CNAS General Directorate.
