Employment Promotion Support and Incentive Program

The Employment Promotion Support and Incentive Program offers reductions on the employer’s contribution share for any new recruitment lasting 12 months or more.

If you hire a job seeker:

Instead of contributing 25% of the employer’s share, you will contribute:

  • 15% if your activity is located in the Northern region,

  • 2.5% if you are in the South or the High Plateaus.

If you hire a first-time job seeker:

Instead of contributing 25% of the employer’s share, you will contribute:

  • 5% if you are in the Northern region,

  • 2.5% if you are in the South or the High Plateaus.

If your activity falls under one of these sectors: tourism, craftsmanship, culture, agriculture, construction (BTPH), or service companies, and you have hired workers for a duration between 6 and 12 months:

Instead of contributing 25% of the employer’s share, you will contribute:

  • 20% if you are in the Northern region,

  • 16% if you are in the South or the High Plateaus.
